I work where people, rules and technology meet.

I have worked in legal roles throughout my career, across several areas — from courtroom representation in litigation and employment law advisory to data protection. Today, I lead teams and operations across HR and OHS.

That experience has taught me to look at processes and technology through their impact on real work: on people, decisions and trust.

Alongside that career, I have always been interested in technology — the kind of tech geek who wants to install, test and understand how things work. Most of what I know has come through trial and error: trying, getting it wrong, rebuilding and trying again.

I started experimenting with generative AI in the early stages of its public adoption. I have seen many waves of technology, but this time things feel different.

AI does not change just one tool or one process. It can automate existing activities, augment people's abilities and create new products, services and forms of value — simultaneously, across almost every part of an organization.

Today, that curiosity is also part of my professional work. As a Citizen Developer, I identify automation opportunities, develop use cases and test AI and low-code/no-code solutions.

In my spare time, I build AI applications and experiments. Some try to solve concrete problems. Others begin with a simple question: could this idea actually work?

I am not interested in AI as spectacle or as a collection of tools. I am interested in the method: how we build useful, verifiable and responsible solutions that simplify work and preserve human judgment where it matters.

This site is where I collect the projects, ideas and experiments that come out of that combination.
